A view of the airport in Barcelona, in Spain, while our airplane was taking off and heading for Belgium. Exceptionally the weather was pretty dull. The airport looks pretty futuristic to me.
TECH-INFO: one RAW image converted into a TIFF file using DxO Optics. Contrast was boosted because the airplane window removed all contrast. I used Topaz Adjust 4 to modify local contrast and saturation. I just downloaded to evaluate the software. So far it is crashing a lot when loading 16 bit images. So I initially converted a copy into a 8 bit image, which Topaz Adjust likes much more. The controls and sliders look great. After trying and fiddling around I pushed the "I'm feeling lucky" button until I liked the result. Then I fine tuned it and saved the settings. Afterwards I applied the stored settings on my 16 bit copy (I had to try a few times because it mostly crashes). In Photoshop I tweaked the colors even more with the color selective tool and using a few masked curves tool layers. At end some vignetting is added. I hope you like the dull view.

wow, hard to believe that you were in flight. it came out so clear and crisp!
LightningPaul: Many thanks. I'm also pretty surprised by the crisp result. Though at the sides the image is less sharp. Also Topaz Adjust enhanced the result a lot but added a fair amount of noise. The latter is not so visible because this a smaller version of the original image.
