Well, the title says it all :-)
TECH-INFO: lots of contrast tweaks, the background is darkened, the eyes a bit brighter and some slight vignetting is added. I desaturated the image using the B/W tool of Photoshop. The focus is not entirely right, it had to be on the faces instead of the ground but while taking such kind of images you don't have any time to adjust all the camera settings. To give the hands more contrast I used the high pass filter with a rather high pixel radius.
With all those tweaks I wanted to give a boys a scamp look. I hope I succeeded.
