My First real panoramic image :-) A view of Budapest. At the left a part of Buda but in front of you Pest.
TECH-INFO: I shot 13 images hand-held. I tried to keep everything as steady as possible. First I converted the RAW files to 16 bit TIFF files, using DxO Optics Pro. The latter took care of vignetting and all kinds of lens distortions. Photoshop did the magic of merging everything. A 64 bit machine with 6 GB of RAM and 8 cores made the job faster. After the stitch and some cropping I got a 60 megapixel image (24000 x 2500). I was necessary to resize it before uploading to the Shutterchance server. The saved PSD is almost 900 MB. It's really huge (I'm not used to it). In Photoshop I made the clouds more dramatic and the colors with brightness of buildings stronger. All of this is done using a couple of masked adjustment layers.
