Carnaval Zeebrugge 2009 - Colorful Puppets


Now are the last days between Carnaval and Easter, so I really wanted to post one extra image about that theme. This is a picture of one of the many beautifully decorated vehicles. Really amazing to see.


TECH-INFO: a fish eye lens yields this nice perspective. One RAW file converted into a TIFF file using DxO Optics Pro. Cropped into 4/3 mode. In Photoshop I enhanced colors and contrast. Edges are darkened too.

Nice perspective and super color.
Nothing scarier than a clown... unless it's these figures! The fish eye distortion and the pumped colours give it a marvellously surreal quality!
