I pass this building, in Blankenberge, Belgium, almost daily by car. It looks pretty fascinating, especially the shapes of the balconies. From a certain distance they almost become a pretty abstract pattern. One day I took my camera and parked the car to shoot a few pictures.
TECH-INFO: one RAW file, converted into DxO Optics Pro. The building was lit by the sky, forming a gigantic soft box (the was at the other side of the building). B/W toning done in Photoshop with the B/W tool. Extra contrast added with selective color tool and a few masked curves tool adjustment layers. Finally heavy vignetting added.
