It's an amazing building - which I've seen a couple of times. It's a pity that Gaudi didn't live to follow through on his design because I think the later architects have nowhere near his individual genius and the contrast between Gaudi's work and the later is quite striking. You can see it here, for example - below the rose window on the right you have a very 'organic' kind of framing for the glass, whereas to the left, the windows remind one of nothing more radical than Norman gothic
