Wall of Snacks

This weekend I visited the photography fair called Zoom Experience in Utrecht, Holland. At the railway station, close to the fair, you have various shops. One of them was just some kind of machine, you put some money inside and you get a warm croquette or something similar. In Holland it's probably quite normal but in Belgium not (yet).
People really use it a lot. I had a wait a while until there was nobody standing in front of me. It's a nice idea to do that, though 1.00 or 1.40 euro looks rather expensive to me for such a simple and cheap product. Especially some of them already look pretty burned (some are fresh and yellow, others black and burned).

UPDATE: submitted for VFXY theme flat.

TECH-INFO: I was happy to have my 35mm prime lens with me. I really love it. It's light, fast and sharp. The shot image is converted from RAW to JPG in DxO Optics Pro, afterwards several local contrast adjustments were done in Photoshop.

Fast food
LightningPaul: You phrased it better than I do. Even better: "Dutch Fast Food".
Fine capture. Sharpness and contrast are great!
LightningPaul: Thanks! I'm glad you think that sharpness and contrast are very good.

Excellent capture, I like the symmetry of the photo, great job.
Greetings
LightningPaul: Many thanks Albert. I paid lots of attention to the symmetry.
It makes a good picture Paul even tif the contents are not to your liking.
LightningPaul: Thanks, I had the same thought smile

nice composition! so much going on here. lovely.
LightningPaul: Many thanks! I worked hard on getting a good composition, during capturing and slightly cropping during PP.
Seems to be a lot of sausages...which is fine by me!
LightningPaul: The Frikandel is some kind of sausage (it contains meet) but the Kroket is pure potato. So you might be happily surprised or disappointed too.
LOL I can't believe someone would shoot something like that! Frikandel and croquette hahahaI ate that stuff several times in my past trips in NL. And sometimes when you're hungry and there is nothing opened to get a bite, these machines save you from starving a bit.But trust me, there is still a bit of mystery for me to know what kinda meat are made from these snacks.

bonsoir,
Sad shot..smile..Great post-processing HDR images on your site..bravo!
Interesting machine, like the way you framed this shot along with exceptional clarity and sharpness.
Love the repeating elements of this shot. At first glance it is hard to work out what's going on, which is a good thing as it makes the viewer think about it more.

That's an interesting machine. It's kind of weird. I'd be afraid it was full of germs. Cool photo and story.
