A whole block of abandoned factories in Zyrardow, Poland. Really amazing to see. Like many of the buildings dating from between one and two hundred years ago, they are made of typical red bricks. The gray layer on top of it, is probably done during communism. Inside there are huge halls were there used to be lots of machines to produce high quality linen. Now there are all empty. I took a couple of inside shots which I'll start posting next week. So stay tuned :-)
TECH-INFO: like almost all of my abandoned series pictures, this is also a tone mapped HDR image. In short: 7 shots taken to cover the full dynamic range of light, processed in DxO Optics for lens corrections, merged into one HDR file, tone mapped it in Photomatrix Pro and finally enhanced it in Photoshop.

This is a factory as I see them in animated drawings or by old pictures! Like the roof alignment. I'd like to see the same picture with the activity of the course. Bravo.
