Shot in La Defense, Paris. There are so many nice and modern buildings over there. Probably I should visit this place once again and shoot more images.
TECH-INFO: one RAW file. I used HDR and tone mapping techniques but actually it was not necessary at all. The main changes done in Photoshop using masked adjustment layers are: a/ I removed a company logo made of big letters b/ the sky is more saturated and I used an extra gradient layer to darken it (a kind of polarizer effect) c/ the buildings got a more fresh color (hey, I do like painting... but only on masks of adjustment layers) d/ overall contrast is stronger
Any comments are very welcome :-)

its very subtle for a HDR - which is the way I like it! I'd never have guessed France.
LightningPaul: Thanks Rhys. I try to use HDR techniques for controlling too high contrasts or to enhance details a lot. I try to avoid overly done images, though sometimes I may cross the border between real and surreal. Please warn me when I go too far
Hey, simple treatments with nice result indeed. If painting was easy as you describe... Like thebuilding becomr anonymous, without logo and other graphical element on the ground. Bravo.
