photoblog image Two Princesses

Two Princesses

Two little sweet looking sisters full of happiness and joy, surrounded by white.

TECH-INFO: I placed an almost white piece of material on the ground. For lighting I used two shoot through umbrellas each powered by a speedlight flash. They were positioned at the left and right sides. You can see them reflected in the eyes of the girls. I tried to pay lots of attention at positioning the models, including the arms and fingers so that they look nice too. I was standing on a chair to take the picture.
Shot one JPG, lens corrections and contrasts enhancements were done in DxO Optics Pro. The white piece of material had some nasty wrinkles so I ironed them out in Photoshop using the smudge tool. Probably not the best way but I don't know anything better, perhaps you do. The skin is sligthly softened and some dust spots and the clothers were removed too. Finally I added some white vignetting.

Excellent shoot and good idea. The lightning is superb. BUT (I rarely write about your photo) the blur frame is annoying for me... prefer 100% opacity frame than foggy. BUT (another time) she's come from fairy tales...

Great smile and beautiful models smile Love the dreamy look you gave here, with that white background and "circle" around them.
Splendid outcome, hope they loved the photo smile
