In the port of Zeebrugge there is always lots of activity. Even on Sunday. I wanted to take shots of the big container ships from China till this one caught my attention.
TECH-INFO: I took 9 JPGs, but the last two with the most bright exposures contained to many moving parts, so I had to discard them. Using exposure blending I merged them in Photomatrix Pro. In Photoshop I enhanced the overal contrast as well of certain parts like the sky. The latter steps introduced a bit too much noise which I removed in Noise Ninja. I have set my white balance on fluorescent which gave the clouds this odd color. It's my favorite setting for images at night.
