Toddler walking on Sand

Taken during the winter of 2007 in Zeebrugge. On a couple of days we had beautiful weather, ideal to play with the children outside.

TECH-INFO: made with a fish eye lens for its ultra wide angle properties. DxO Optics Pro lets you remove the distortion of a fish eye so you end up with a rectangular view  where all the straight lines look like that. I did a partial correction so we end with something in between. A full correction would make his leg at the right too long. I also slightly adjusted the contrast as usual.
Finally there was a long white trail from an airplane in the sky which was extremely disturbing to me and some dark colored scratches in the glass at left behind the boy. They were very easily removed using the healing brush of Photoshop.

I usually don't say much about sharpness, but this is sharp with a capital "S". It's like I was there with the kid.

He has a great expression on his face and I want that little wagon his pulling around.

Well done.
LightningPaul: I didn't notice it so much about the sharpness but you are right (thanks for mentioning it). His wagon is still in the garage. Maybe I can send it to you smile
Lovely picture, such an adorable child. Great shot!
LightningPaul: Thank you John.
