In Oostende at the beach near Thermae Palace. The place is decorated with very nice looking light poles. Shot in July while the place was heavily crowded with tourists.
TECH-INFO: I exposed for the highlights of the lamp from the light pole. The floor is lit using a speedlight flash, gelled with a half CTO (= Color Temperature Orange) for a warm color. I was holding the flash 40 cm above the ground in my left hand and pointing to the pole while my camera was on a tripod. Besides a slight contrast change, it comes straight from the camera.

Excellent picture with a formidable light. The symetrie is good but i think is a little on the right, no?
LightningPaul: Thanks Enric! To be honest, I didn't pay so much attention to the symmetry while capturing this picture (I know, I should have done that). So I agree completely with you.
LightningPaul: Thanks Alex. I will try to provide also in the future as much as possible strobist info. It also helped me really a lot when reading this info from other people.
For once having the main subject almost slap in the middle of the picture and almost cutting it in half seems to work. ?So well done Paul
LightningPaul: Many thanks for your comment. I didn't realize that at all, but you are completely right. I'm glad you look at it that way and give me this insight.
