photoblog image Castle of Reinhardstein (3 of 3)

Castle of Reinhardstein (3 of 3)

The entrance to the main building. Because the castle is private property, only guided tours on certain hours are allowed.
Luckily I met the guide which allowed me to make a few snapshots. Though he was pretty surprised why I needed a tripod, a cable release and a fancy camera for just a few tourist pics :-)

TECH-INFO: 9 images needed to create this HDR image. The tower and the big wall was in the shadow.

This is the best image of your castle shots. I like the lines in this one and the HDR works well.
I think I have photographed this castle as well, when I was there with a group of students of the photo academy. We were taking shots with view cameras, Hasselblads and our normal cameras ;-)
LightningPaul: Many thanks Gina. This is also my favorite smile Do you have any of your taken pictures posted?
Me gusta mucho la composición de la foto, pero creo que añadiendo un poco más de contraste todavía sería mucho mejor! smile
LightningPaul: Thanks for your comment but I'm afraid that my Spanish is not good enough.
Beautiful color depth, composition, and location. A highly captive image!
LightningPaul: Many thanks Andrew.

I enjoyed your wide angle shots. This one is particularly impress, especially because of HDR. Looks surreal.
LightningPaul: Many thanks for your visit. I love shooting wide angle.

Very nice shoot. To me it looks like a castle in a mysteroius "a bit scary" movie ;-)
Great equilibrated HDR
LightningPaul: Many thanks for stopping by.
