TECH-INFO: the clouds were so evenly lit that the light was extremely soft but also very very dull. This means a pretty small dynamic range of light, which most digital cameras like a lot, and shooting in black and white because of lack of nice colors and direct sun light. During post processing I only had to increase the contrast, the light was a bit too soft. This change makes for instance jeans looking pretty cool.

Very effective processing and I agree with your choice of B&W. Looks to be good sand for building sand castles! I like how the spots of rain have darkened the sand,
